WTH?
This inquiry is headed for the common sense side of user experience in social media, social networks, etc. In all my years of testing builds with users I have found very few users who discussed what was happening in dev terms… they all wanted to talk about what it looked like to them. So this treats design and evaluation of social media from an experiential pov.
